Archiva connects to your existing sources — Drive, SharePoint, document management system — or ingests documents uploaded directly in standard formats. It processes them using multi-language OCR and hybrid search (semantic and lexical), making them available for your team to search, ask and compare in natural language from day one. Every answer includes a citation to the source paragraph that backs it up.
Archiva is developed by Archiva Solutions SL, with institutional backing from CEIN Cybersecurity Lab (cybersecurity validation) and the INCIBE Emprende programme. The project is designed and hosted in Europe.

No. In Archiva, your content is used exclusively to answer your queries within your isolated environment, and is never used to train models — ours or anyone else's. This is not a configurable option: it is part of the platform's design.
Every Archiva answer comes with a citation to the source document, down to the specific paragraph. You don't have to trust the AI: you verify the citation with one click. In low-confidence areas, Archiva flags it explicitly so you can review the original text.
Yes. When you delete a document in Archiva, it is physically removed from the platform, with an auditable record of the deletion. This is part of right-to-erasure compliance by design.
