What is Archiva
Archiva is an AI-powered document management platform built for law firms, tax and labour consultancies, technical consulting offices and the technical departments of industrial companies (quality, engineering, health & safety) in Spain.
It combines semantic search, optical character recognition (OCR) and automatic indexing. Any document you upload —contracts, case files, reports, written submissions— becomes searchable through natural-language questions, with no need to remember the file name, the exact date or the tags you saved it under.
Archiva is built around European data sovereignty: infrastructure hosted in the European Union, an architecture ready for physical per-client separation, and General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) compliance by design. The platform is available in Spanish and English.
