Automate and delegateArchiva on a real case file.
This is how Archiva works when a professional needs an immediate answer. The whole conversation is traced to the source document.
Share and record without exposing personal data.
Archiva detects everything Spanish law treats as personal data in documents and meetings: names, ID numbers, addresses, bank accounts, phone numbers, health data… It flags it for review or anonymises it so you can share it.
Document anonymisation
Before sending a document to an expert, a client or an auditor, Archiva produces a copy without personal data. The original stays untouched.

Let's start with Tuesday's incident on line 3. How is Iker Lasa?
Still on sick leave with a wrist injury. The report says three weeks.
Send me his number, 645 112 233, so the insurer can call him. And let's check the current version of the press procedure.
The current one is revision 4, from March. I'll link it to the incident report.
Built around security and professional secrecy.

What matters before getting started.
Archiva is your organisation’s document memory. It keeps the documents of law firms, advisory firms, consultancies and technical teams, and answers questions about their content in natural language, citing the exact paragraph of the original document. With custody in Europe, version history and anonymisation of personal data.
Archiva is designed for SMEs where documents are the work itself: law firms, tax and labour advisory firms, and consultancies. Also for the technical departments of industrial companies (quality, engineering, health & safety, purchasing) that need to know which version of a procedure, a drawing or a supplier approval is current. It is not designed for large corporations with dedicated IT departments or as a single-user tool.
Yes, through the departments that work with documents: quality (procedures and audits), engineering (drawings, specifications and reports), health & safety (risk assessments and incidents) and purchasing (supplier approvals and contracts). Archiva keeps every version, logs who touched it, warns you about expiries and tells you where everything is.
Archiva connects to your existing sources — Drive, SharePoint, document management system — or ingests documents uploaded directly in standard formats. It processes them using multi-language OCR and hybrid search (semantic and lexical), making them available for your team to search, ask and compare in natural language from day one. Every answer includes a citation to the source paragraph that backs it up.
Archiva is developed by Archiva Solutions, S.L., with institutional backing from the INCIBE Emprende programme, through CEIN Cyber Security Lab, and winner of CEIN's Iníciate Award 2026. It is a Navarre-based company, incubated at CEIN and founded by Miguel Lucas: you talk directly to the founder. The project is designed and hosted in Europe.
Less than a day in most cases. There are no complex migrations: you connect your existing sources (Drive, SharePoint, document management system) or upload an initial folder, and processing happens in the background. Your team can start querying while Archiva keeps indexing the historical archive. And no training needed: if you can use a folder, you can use Archiva.
No. In Archiva, your content is used exclusively to answer your queries within your isolated environment, and is never used to train models — ours or anyone else's. This is not a configurable option: it is part of the platform's design.
Every Archiva answer comes with a citation to the source document, down to the specific paragraph. You don't have to trust the AI: you verify the citation with one click. In low-confidence areas, Archiva flags it explicitly so you can review the original text.
Yes. When you delete a document in Archiva, it is physically removed from the platform, with an auditable record of the deletion. This is part of right-to-erasure compliance by design.
Let's talk.
In less than 30 minutes we'll walk you through Archiva and answer all your questions. No commitment, just a real conversation.
